In the weeks leading up to the move in we prepare a plan which delineates the exact sphere of responsibility for each vendor, which ensures a smooth transition to the new office space. If you are moving between locations, we coordinate the relocation times and dates of equipment moves with you and with each vendor, coordinating and addressing any field concerns from each vendor, supervising each vendor's work. This Service Typically Includes: Creation of scope of work for each voice and data and telecommunications vendors Coordination of interaction between telco, cabling vendor, telephone vendor, IT and telecomm departments Ensuring smooth provisioning of telecommunications services and cutover to new building services Supervision of interim steps leading to cutover, allowing early detection of problems and quick resolution Management of multi-vendor responsibilities Attendance at selected construction meetings Onsite presence during the move in to address final integration issues
